Building Capacity in a Statewide Initiative to Strengthen Teacher Induction

The Executive Director of a state-wide initiative to improve support for new teachers wanted to increase support for effective collaboration, strategic alignment and to make teachers’ professional contributions visible to their peers. We created a concept map of project goals and objectives. Participants are adding their work to the concept map. The result is a continuously improving knowledge-rich resource that's accessible to all participants.
